Types of Security Systems:
Whether you are looking for wired or wireless, basic or advanced, regular services or Interactive or Automation services, we can find the right fit for your company or industrial site. We don't have sales people, we send our technicians to quote our jobs. A technician is better suited at knowing all the fine details and wiring information and let's face it - the technician is the one that is going to complete your installation! We like to start on the best foot by making sure all your security needs are met.
Fire Monitoring or Integrated Security: These systems are by special quote only. We have panels and keypads that will integrate with card access and/or CCTV (camera systems) as well. A commercial consultant can also help you with your fire panel monitoring needs. We do not have electricians on staff, so for fire panel maintenance, you will have to speak with your fire panel electrician.
A free on-site consultation and assessment is available to all clients to customize our packages, equipment and monitoring tailored specifically for your needs.
Additional Services Available:
Advanced Auto Notify Notifications are sent to up to 5 contacts via email or cell phone text. You also have the option to customize the type of signal and which contact you would like them sent to. For example: a business manager may want to receive opens and closes, but have the maintenance person receive alarms such as A/C fail, etc.
Basic Web Check You would receive a user name and password to view your account details on line whenever you choose.
Scheduled Web Check You would receive a user name and password to view your account details on line whenever you choose, except this includes information on your schedules. For example: you may want to know if your business is not unarmed by 8 am or armed for closing by 5pm. You would provide a schedule to the Monitoring Station, and if an event happens outside the set schedule, the Monitoring Station will call the appropriate responsible parties or the police.
Back Up Monitoring Systems The monitoring of your security system depends on the availability of your phone (land) line. If there is a cut phone line or interruption of your phone service, the monitoring station is unable to receive any alarm signals from your alarm system. This does not prevent your alarm system from working, there will still be an audible siren sounding when an alarm is tripped, the monitoring station just does not receive it, so police, EMS or the fire department cannot be contacted for you either. If you are concerned about cut phone lines or interruption to phone lines there are a couple options to ensure your business will always be secured.
- Internet Monitoring - This requires an internet module connected to your panel and your Ethernet connection to monitor your system as a back up to your phone line. This won't help if your phone and internet are on the same line though. There are extra fees for the equipment and for the monitoring of this device; please consult one of our representatives for more information.
- Cellular Monitoring - This requires a cellular module connected to your panel to monitor your system as a back up to your phone line. This is one of the most popular options as it does not rely on your phone operation at all. There are extra fees for the equipment and for the monitoring of this device; please consult one of our representatives for more information.
Fire Panel Monitoring We charge $10.00 per month on top of your monitoring rate to monitor your fire panel, sprinkler or elevator system. This service requires an annual maintenance by one of our service technicians which has an added $199.00 service charge per annum.
